Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Freebase Media collects through this website, how we use it, and your choices. We keep data collection to a minimum.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address and message. Our host and content-delivery provider may also log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to operate and secure the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Video & third parties

Showreels and portfolio videos are hosted on Vimeo and load only when you choose to play them; Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies to that playback. Our site is served through a content-delivery network (Cloudflare) for security and speed.

Cookies

We use only the minimal cookies needed for the site to function and to keep it secure. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete the personal information you’ve sent us at any time by emailing .
